Bill has almost 35 years of experience as a real estate developer, investor and financier and brings to the Holliday Homes team an expertise in residential real estate development and the local housing market of the Lake Norman area. Holliday Homes was born out of a passion to create beautiful homes for his neighbors in his own backyard and a desire to enhance his hometown of Davidson and the greater Lake Norman community where he is so thankful to live, work and play.
Prior to Holliday Homes, Bill was co-founder of Blue Heel Development, a residential land developer focused on active adult and townhome communities in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets of North Carolina. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina for over 25 years, and spent the first half of his career in banking and asset based real estate lending.
On a personal note, Bill and his wife Holly have called Davidson home for 24 years. They have four children and two golden retrievers (who just so happen to be the Holliday Homes official mascots). He is an Elder at Storyhill Church in Davidson and most recently led the church's efforts to secure and rezone land located on South Main Street in Davidson as well as develop plans for the permanent home for Storyhill Church. He also serves as a member of the Lake Norman Young Life Committee. Bill is a die hard Tar Heel (pretty sure his blood runs Carolina Blue) and is a 1990 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and pickle ball, white water kayaking with his sons, learning how to fly fish, or simply enjoying a relaxing day on Lake Norman.
Brad brings over 20 years of operations and project management experience to the Holliday Homes team. Throughout his career, Brad has gravitated toward opportunities that capitalize on his strengths as a person who brings order and process to complex situation.
Brad’s passion for real estate development and project management was ignited during his years managing the numerous real estate holdings and development projects for a family trust with holdings located primarily in the eastern part of North Carolina. As a project manager for Joe Gibbs Racing, he was challenged daily by a culture that placed a high expectation for excellence. And during his time with SoundVision, he gained a unique perspective on the custom homebuilding world from the point of view of a strategic trade partner working with multiple custom home builders located in the Lake Norman area.
Everywhere Brad has gone, he has developed a track record for being a man of integrity who is committed to excellence, running high functioning teams, and consistently delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Brad brings that strength to the Holliday Homes team.
Brad is a proud Tennessee Volunteer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife Nicole have called the Lake Norman area home for the last 16 years. In his “spare time”, he enjoys cheering on his kid’s sports teams, working on his fly-fishing skills, and exploring the outdoors.
Lane Grayson, Holliday Homes Construction Manager, brings many years of experience and enthusiasm for building the highest quality homes to the Holliday Homes team. He’s been a Lake Norman community member for more than 15 years and is dedicated to building in his community with integrity and strong relationships.
