Holliday Homes was presented with the challenge of developing a plan for a lot with impervious restrictions located next to the Cotton Mill and the Hurt Hub in the town of Davidson.  Our team worked closely with Davidson architect Nicole Perri and developed a plan for the site for a new home and detached garage (complete with an efficiency to be used for a future short term rental).

The end result?

A lovely custom home design that brings idealistic charm at a scale appropriate to the home site and just within the impervious limits allowed for the site.  Our homeowners are in love with their new home and it is certainly a bonus that they both can walk to work at the Cotton Mill and the Hurt Hub every day.

This cozy home plan is just under 2,000 square feet features a first floor open floorplan, with a second floor primary bedroom suite and a total of 4 Bedrooms/3.5 Baths. The detached two car garage has a second story efficiency apartment perfect guest or for use as a short term or long term rental.
