Woodland Street

We take great pride in this stunning renovation located in the heart of Davidson.  This 1935 Georgian revival whole house renovation was the winner of the Lake Norman Home Builders Association Best of the Lake “Best Remodel/Renovation/Addition ($276,000 -$500,000)” in 2022 by the Lake Norman Homebuilders Association. 

The F.D. Hobart home was originally built in 1933 and was in the same extended family until the home was ultimately purchased by Holliday Homes in 2019. The Holliday Homes team along with local Davidson architect Nicole Perri crafted a renovation plan that captured the charm of the original home coupled with numerous updates, including a two story addition that included a luxurious primary bedroom suite on the second floor and the addition of an absolutely stunning kitchen. In addition, Holliday Homes excavated the basement and created a children’s playroom space as well as ample storage and a workshop for the future homeowner. The driveway was relocated to Woodland Street from Brook Street and a detached garage was located in the rear yard, leaving a wonderful side and back yard space for future homeowners to enjoy and love.
