Meet Heath, Champ, and Chester - the beloved mascots of Holliday Homes. For years, Champ and Heath perfected the art of the front porch welcome, greeting neighbors and greenway walkers alike. In 2025, we said goodbye to our sweet Heath, who will always be a part of our story. Now, Champ and our newest, fluffiest team member, Chester, carry on the tradition. Because to us, home should always feel as warm and welcoming as a golden retriever on the front porch.
Meet Cris! Cris Pinto joined Holliday Homes in 2025 as a Project Manager Intern, closely shadowing Bryan Palmer and learning the ins and outs of on-site construction. Originally from Bolivia, Cris came to the U.S. through Storyhill Church and has quickly become a valuable member of the Holliday Homes team. His Spanish-speaking bilingual skills help bridge communication on projects, and in his free time, he enjoys running, playing pickleball, and meeting new friends.
Say hello to Ashley! Ashley Wise brings 20+ years of marketing and communications experience to her role as Director of Marketing, blending creative storytelling with real estate expertise as a former sports industry pro and licensed NC Realtor. A proud grad of Indiana University Kelley School of Business, she once lived in Seville, Spain, and never turns down a warm-weather adventure. She lives in Davidson with her two daughters, and outside of work, you’ll find her logging miles on the Davidson Greenway and honing her watercolor skills.
Behind-the-scenes with Kayleigh! Kayleigh Scholten is a seasoned Interior Designer who makes our clients’ design dreams come to life. Born in Illinois and a Harrington College of Design grad, she spent 11 years honing her skills in residential design before joining our team. Kayleigh loves blending style with function, creating spaces that feel as good as they look. Off the clock, she’s all about family life with her husband Nathan and their two energetic toddlers, while still making time for friends, fun, and a little design inspiration.
Say hello to Bryan! Bryan Palmer joined Holliday Homes in 2024 as our Construction Project Manager, overseeing every build from ground-breaking to move-in. Licensed in NC for commercial and residential projects, he brings extensive custom home-building experience, and excels at keeping projects on time and top quality. Bryan lives in Davidson with his wife and enjoys spending time with his adult children and granddaughter, fitness, and cheering on his Tar Heels.
Meet Brad! As Holliday Homes Director of Operations, Brad brings 25+ years of operations and project management experience, helping turn complex projects into smooth, successful builds. A University of Tennessee College of Engineering grad, his experience spans real estate trusts, Joe Gibbs Racing, and a home automation company, giving him a unique edge in planning, process, and excellence. He’s lived in Lake Norman for over 20 years with his wife Nicole and when he’s not busy coordinating chaos, you’ll find him cheering on his two kids, the VOLS or exploring the great outdoors.
