With the significant increase in home prices and land costs in the Davidson market, our Davidson Springs infill project presented a unique opportunity for the Holliday Homes team to develop plans for homes that maximized the use of the small lot size (37.25′ by 110′), but did not compromise on design, floor plans, usable space, outdoor living, and high quality finishes.
